Mass Advantage, is a high protein, low carbohydrate shake with three essential amino acids – leucine, Isoleucine and Valine and is designed to reduce muscle breakdown during exercise, increase endurance and decrease recovery time between workouts. Mass Advantage contains two of the highest quality proteins available, whey protein and whey protein isolate. If you are following a high protein low carbohydrate diet, Mass Advantage may be just the drink for you. In addition to three amino acids, there are 43 grams of protein, 12 grams of carbohydrates, and 4 grams of fat per serving.

Product Usage
Simply mix two scoops of Mass Advantage into 355ml of water or skimmed milk. For best results, drink immediately after workout.
