Come on now let’s be doing something useful on this cold snowy morning. I’d like to share my thoughts with you.
I’m 63 years old now and in 2000 I retired financially independent, well life has a habit of changing your destiny and 2009 has surely been a testing time.
I am sitting here today evaluating where to go with my life, I love my website and the fact that I can help a lot of people with allergy problems and chronic things like arthritis and I’d never stop chatting to folks about how they can do such a good job of keeping themselves healthy with a little thought and the right supplements.
However, I also like chatting about our apartments in the Caribbean these are fantastic and from an initial idea of just supplementing our pension they will become a major part of our income.
This blog isn’t the place to expound their merits so please have a look at our website www.pearl-investment-property.co.uk and take the time to see how you can make 2010 a year to remember.
Goodness it’s already 12.30 and time for coffee. Have a great day

Of course, it’s never quiet on Christmas Eve there are hundreds of last minute jobs! so far this morning I’ve weighed myself! this is so that I can engage in “damage limitation” over the next few days. Let’s face it you can eat as much as you like of the turkey, sprouts, carrots in fact as much fruit, veg and white meat as you can. So why oh why do I have to indulge in Christmas pudding with brandy sauce and double cream? I know that when I’ve eaten it I will be carrying around a guilty feeling and 2 extra pounds I don’t need.
I am really hoping that writing this in my blog is going to make me think twice before over indulging as I’ll have to tell the world of my inability to keep on the straight and narrow!
The house is ready, the Christmas CD is playing the cinnamon candles are lit! we await the arrival of children and grandchildren, now shall I just have that glass of red? no I’ll wait til later.
If anyone else is out there ready for the festivities with 5 minutes to spare perhaps you’d like to add your comments and any tips on staying slim over the Christmas period or is it really an impossibility?
