Wild Yam
is one of the most popular supplements, it has been used for 2000 years and there is no natural food source of Wild Yam apart from the plant itself. In North and Central America, Wild Yam has been used traditionally as a relaxing remedy for painful menstruation, ovarian pain and to alleviate cramps. Many women have found this a useful herb during the menopause.
Chaste Tree
Has been used for the treatment of menstrual difficulties for at least 2500 years. The Greek physician Hippocrates (460-377 B.C.) wrote,” if blood flows from the womb, let the woman drink dark wine in which the leaves of the chaste tree have been steeped.”

Other Ingredients
Essential Oils to soothe, soften and tone the skin. Based on sweet almond and rosehip oils, combined with aloe vera and chamomile. This helps to soothe dry inflamed skin and provide an effective delivery system.
Product Usage
Recommendations: Adults use for 21 days of the month and discontinue during menstruation. Gently massage into an outer soft skin tissue area, approximately 1⁄4 to 1⁄2 a five ml teaspoon once or twice per day, depending upon own specific requirements. For optimum benefit, alternate areas daily for superior absorption.
